Yes. Registration, your company profile and posting jobs are completely free — you incur no cost at all until a qualified application comes in.
When exactly do I pay as an employer?
Only when an application is classified as qualified by our AI (or manually, at your request). Unqualified applications cost nothing.
What does a qualified application cost?
Depending on category: €150 for apprenticeships, €250 for entry-level roles, €500 for professional/white-collar positions.
How does the AI check whether an application is qualified?
The AI compares the submitted documents against your requirements profile and assigns a score with reasoning — visible only to you, never to applicants.
Can I override an AI decision?
Yes, confirm as qualified or reject manually at any time — including an automatically sent, customizable rejection or invitation message.
Can I join without posting jobs?
Yes. If you offer HR software or an HR service, you can list yourself in our HR tool directory instead (or in addition).
